JAMONN LITTLE

Jamonn D. Little is from Arlington, Texas where he attended Sam Houston High School with Coach Aaron Bowser. While at Sam Houston High School, Jamonn was a shooting guard and Co-Captain for the men?s basketball team. He was named all-district during his senior season while averaging 12.4 pts per game. Jamonn was also a member of the National Honor Society and graduated with 4.0 on a 4 point scale. He graduated Cum Laude in the top 10% of the class of 2002.

Jamonn is currently attending Southwestern University pursuing a Computer Science & Mathematics degree and is on pace to graduate in May of 2007. He is a 3 year starter at the small forward position and is projected to be one of the best forwards in the conference next season.

Jamonn is a member of Intellectual Carriers of Enlightment (I.C.E) which focuses on mentoring local youths and preparing them the future. Each semester he takes several middle school students "under his wing". Jamonn takes the students to classes with him and spends time with them trying to build a positive relationship while giving them a taste of college life.

After graduating, Jamonn plans to pursue a career in basketball for a few years before returning home to Arlington to work with his uncle at Ft. Sam as a network supervisor.
